FZL pleated filter

1. Description:
FZL compact filters are used in general ventilation systems.
Specifications: F6, F7, F8, F9, H10.
Filter material: ultrafine polypropylene filter paper, glass fiber filter paper PP Frame: Plastic, galvanized steel (ZL/3, high strength)
Hot melt adhesive: polyurethane sealant
Operating temperature: -20ºC-80ºC
Humidity ≤100%


2. Features:
1. The effective filtration area is large, so the resistance is low and the service life is long;
2.FZL/1 type can be 100% incinerated, in line with environmental requirements;
3. Small space, suitable for compact central air conditioning system.

The filter material of the AZL/1 filter in the FZL series is specially made of ultrafine polypropylene fiber. All materials of the FZL/1 filter can be incinerated, which is conducive to environmental protection and waste disposal. The material is not easily broken and the filter is relatively inexpensive. The filter material for the AZL/2 filter in the FZL series is traditional glass fiber filter paper. The filter made of this filter paper has stable performance and high dust capacity. The AZL/3 in the FZL series is an impact resistant, high reliability filter. The outer frame of the filter is metal material, and the lee side of the filter material has a metal protective net. This filter is mainly used for the suction filter of gas turbines and centrifugal air compressors.
