1. Description of air filter :
Traditional diaphragm HEPA filters have been clean for half a century. A variety of filters commonly used in engineering. Because of the advantages of simple manufacturing, high temperature resistance and impact resistance, it is widely used.
The FGB with separator filter produced by our company is widely used in cleaning projects in various industries, as well as air conditioning and process air supply systems with special requirements.
All FGB high efficiency filters in our company have been tested before leaving the factory. Under normal circumstances, the test adopts the "sodium flame method" stipulated in the national standard GB6165. In addition, according to customer requirements, MPPS law stipulated in Europe or the United States can be adopted. The scanning experiment was performed by the specified 0.1-0.2MM scanning method. In addition to the standard FGB traditional separator filters, we manufacture other specifications of separator filters according to the special needs of users, such as: Opposable size filter, SGL very high efficiency filter with 0.1-0.2mm particle filtration efficiency ≥99.999%, general ventilation with baffle filter with F6-F8 efficiency, gas turbine and air compressor special enhanced baffle filter.

1). Compared with galvanized plate filter, the effective area is about 5% smaller and the resistance is about 5% higher.
2). The resistance data in the resistance table of the filter with an efficiency of 99.97% is slightly lower.
3). In the range of 50%-150% of the rated air volume, the resistance has an approximate linear relationship with the air volume.
4). "Recommended air volume" is empirical data, referring to the more economical and reasonable design air volume range.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balancing.
