1. Introduction:

2. Carbon cylinder combination:
The FYHL carbon cylinder is installed on a special frame, several carbon cylinders are combined with a filter unit, and then several units are assembled into a chemical filter section.
3. Maintenance:
The metal shell of the FYHL carbon cylinder can be reused, and the user can ask the professional manufacturer to replace the activated carbon (experienced users can replace it by themselves), or the activated carbon can be reused after regeneration. This design greatly reduces the user's operating costs.
4. Regeneration:
In order to extend the service time of FYHL carbon cylinder and reduce operating costs, ordinary activated carbon can be recycled. Regeneration methods include steam fumigation, sun exposure and so on. Sexual carbon is reused after regeneration. This design greatly reduces the user's operating costs.
5. Adsorption material:
Ordinary carbon: columnar activated carbon particles. Modified carbon: activated carbon that has undergone special chemical treatment. For chemical pollutants that are difficult to adsorb with ordinary carbon, modified carbon is needed.
6. Adsorption capacity:
The use time of the chemical filter depends on the amount of adsorbed material and the adsorption capacity of the material. The filtration unit containing 16 FYHL-5 contains 30.4kg of ordinary carbon, which can absorb up to 6.0 to 10.0kg of chemical pollutants.
7. Filter selection:
Some chemical pollutants, ordinary carbon is difficult to adsorb, such as odor, formaldehyde, acid gas, alkaline gas, which is the need to use modified carbon. When selecting, users should understand the types of pollutants, concentration, air volume, etc.
8. Protection:
The front and back of the activated carbon filter should be equipped with conventional filters, and the front should be protected to prevent dust from blocking the microporous structure of activated carbon; The rear is protected to prevent possible contamination of the ventilation system with activated carbon powder.
