        A: We are a factory.

b).   Q: What's the terms of payment?
        A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balancing. 

c).    Q: What are your terms of delivery?
        A: EXW/FOB/CIF. Customer indicated forwarders or our own agents.

d).   Q: How about your production lead time?
        A: Generally, within MOQ quantity it takes 5-7 working days after receiving your advanced payment. The specific delivery time depends on      models and the quantity of your order. 

e).    Q: What's your sample policy?
        A: We do not offer free samples. If you really need, we can discuss it.
