1. Description air filter material:

     The glass fiber needling filter material produced by our company is composed of short fibers in three-dimensional staggered random arrangement on the substrate and then needling. The product has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high porosity, low resistance, and more dust removal effect than fabric filter material. The filtration speed is about twice that of the fabric, and the wind speed can reach 1-1.3m/min. Can be used at 280ºC high temperature for a long time, short time temperature resistance up to 350ºC, the product is suitable for steel, cement, ferroalloy, combustion boiler, asphalt concrete mixing, waste incineration and other industries of high temperature flue gas filtration. The dust removal method with pulse and high-speed backblowing is the most widely used filter material for high temperature dust collector.
